An almost-new, really clean Jeep was delivered to our accommodation in the morning as arranged.
The girl doing the handover was polite and very quick and we were on the road within a few minutes. The quality, safety and reliability of the vehicle was superb and made travel round this beautiful island so easy.
We are hoping to return to Lanzarote for a 4th time next Easter and will not hesitate to use your company again --- we are happy to recommend you to anyone.

On that rare occasion, when things don't quite go to plan.............
- " I thought I'd email you to thank Autos La Graciosa for the great service
received while on our hols over the last couple of weeks. Although our
outward bound flight was delayed by 5 hrs a rep (I'm afraid I cannot
remember her name) was still at the airport waiting for us with the car
keys, etc. The Corsa was in
better condition than the one we had last year and all went smoothly for
the first few days. Unfortunately the car failed to start one day and
after telephoning the main Autos La Graciosa number we received a temporary
replacement car (which was a jeep) within a couple of hours with a promise
that we would receive a suitable replacement car with roof rack the
following day. And, as promised, the car arrived at our bungalow (at Famara) at said
time.
Our thanks to the team at Autos La Graciosa for their helpful, quick and "no problem" attitude.
We shall certainly be using you again in the future."-

- " Thanks for the Jeep hire for last week. It was great to drive around the Island in an almost new vehicle (only 2000km on the clock). I also liked the idea of just leaving it at the airport on return - hope it was found ok.
The only hiccup was that we had no one meeting us at Lanzarote when we arrived & had to have a replacement vehicle until 'our jeep' was returned by the previous client.
