It is also very central and provides easy access to other Lakeland Towns and Villages of interest including; Grasmere, Hawkshead, Bowness-on-Windermere and Keswick.

How To Get to The Lakelands

Leave the M6 motorway at junction 36 and follow the signs to Windermere. Then carry on the A591 to Ambleside. Just before Ambleside, opposite the Hayes Garden Centre, take the first right into Old Lake Road. Travel along into Lower Gale and the Lakelands is on your left.
